Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply to your use of JavileVibe and are provided by the app provider identified on its App Store listing. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Use it only if you meet the applicable age and legal requirements, with a parent or guardian’s permission where required. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

2. Local profile and availability

Continue Locally creates or reopens a profile on this device. It is not a cloud account. The app does not offer cloud synchronization or guaranteed recovery after deletion, reinstallation, device loss or device replacement. A sample library is illustrative and separate from your personal library. Feature availability may vary by app version and device permissions.

3. Your content and permitted use

You retain your rights in the original notes, photos and other content you add. You are responsible for having permission to import, copy and share book-cover images, quotations and other protected material. JavileVibe does not grant rights in third-party books or artwork. Do not use the app to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with Apple’s purchase systems.

4. Reading tools and exports

Reading totals reflect the entries you save and are not independent verification of reading activity. Cover recognition may produce mistakes; review any suggested information. Reminders depend on iOS permissions and system behavior. Session time must be saved through a reading entry to become part of your library. Review exported files before using or sharing them.

5. Leaves and in-app purchases

Leaves are consumable in-app credits used for supported notebook-export options. The app displays the required Leaves before a chargeable action. Purchases use Apple’s in-app purchase system; Apple’s confirmation sheet shows the applicable price and currency. Leaves have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not a bank balance. They do not constitute a subscription.

Verified purchases are credited to the current local profile. Keep the app installed and your local data intact. Consumable balances may not be recoverable after local account deletion, reinstallation or device loss; they are not guaranteed to transfer between devices. Apple manages purchase approval and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Deleting a profile or logging out does not cancel, reverse or refund an Apple transaction.

Do not delete app data while a purchase is pending. A pending or unfinished transaction may temporarily restrict account changes until it is resolved. The Sample Library does not initiate real purchases.

6. Deletion and your responsibilities

Logging out retains local data. Delete Account removes personal app data and the local Leaves balance as described in the Privacy Policy. Previously exported files and Apple’s transaction records remain outside that deletion. Before deleting your account or the app, save any files you need elsewhere.

7. External services and privacy

Apple services, your external browser, hosting providers and apps you choose for sharing operate under their own terms. Please read the Privacy Policy for how JavileVibe handles content, permissions and local storage. Opening an external policy page confirms only that it was opened; the app cannot verify that you read or understood it.

8. Intellectual property and app license

The app’s software, branding and original design belong to their respective owners. You receive a limited right to use the app for its intended purpose under Apple’s applicable license terms. You may not redistribute the app or its original assets except where law or the relevant license permits.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service, error-free operation or permanent storage. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep independent copies, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory warranties and remedies.

10. Changes and contact

Features and these terms may change with future releases. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will be reflected in the app or the published terms. Apple handles requests for refunds of Apple-processed purchases.
